Drought areas and short growing seasons continue to plague
regions of the United States. The National Weather Service
predicts long term drought conditions will persist in many
areas. Even in areas where improvement has been seen,
the long term effects of the drought continue to be felt via
watering restrictions and increases in water usage rates.
Water conservation practices and restrictions continue long-term
and the lack of water is turning recreational fields into
brown, barren, hard, high maintenance and high liability areas.
Synthetic turf fields are a simple and effective solution
to these problems. Synthetic turf maximizes event hosting
capacity and does not require watering.
